Nintendo Confirms More New Smash Bros amiibo Release Dates

In the final Smash Bros Direct, Nintendo confirmed the release dates for some more of the new amiibo in the Smash Bros. line of figures. This isn’t all of them, however – more are to be confirmed later on.

• Inkling, Ridley and Wolf – 7th December, 2018
• King K. Rool, Ice Climbers and Piranha Plant – 15th February 2019
• Isabelle, Pichu, Ken, Young Link, Daisy – 2019

Ken and Piranha Plant were new characters confirmed for Smash Bros. Ultimate within the direct; Ken is an Echo Fighter of Ryu while Piranha Plant is a brand new DLC character who will be available for purchase in February 2019. However, if you buy Smash Bros. Ultimate digitally by January 31st 2019 or register the My Nintendo coins from the physical release by the same date then you will be given a download code for Piranha Plant at no additional cost.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate launches on December 7th in Australia for the Nintendo Switch.
